1 Pack 16 oz grated Ube
2 Cup Sweet Rice Flour
1 1/2 could of Coconut Milk
1 3/4 Cup sugar
Drops of Food Coloring
1 Tsp vanilla (optional)
Banana leaves
Oil from Curd
2 Cans of Coconut Milk for Curd

Instructions

In a sizable Pan or Wok, Combine the Coconut Milk, glucose, Sweet rice flour and Grated Ube (Purple Yam) and mix well until well combined.

Move the mixture that is cooked in a pan lined with wilted Banana leaves.
Flatten by using an oiled metal spoon and top with coconut curd.

2 packs frozen ube
1 box mochiko (sweet rice flour)
4 cups sugar that is white
2 cans coconut milk
1 tsp vanilla
banana leaves

How to make ube kalamay

Cool and score prepared ube in diagonal shapes and put latik over the top.

Pour coconut cream in a nonstick skillet over medium heat that is low. Leave it is for around 25 moments. It will boil, keep it alone. Whenever sides are browning, give it a stir. Turn heat lower. Leave it alone once again. Whenever the majority of it's brown, turn the heat off and let recurring heat cook brown the coconut solids. It shall brown extremely fast at the end.
