2 Cup Sweet Rice Flour
1 1/2 could of Coconut Milk
1 3/4 Cup sugar
Drops of Food Coloring
1 Tsp vanilla (optional)

In a sizable Pan or Wok, Combine the Coconut Milk, glucose, Sweet rice flour and Grated Ube (Purple Yam) and mix well until well combined.

2 packs frozen ube
1 box mochiko (sweet rice flour)
4 cups sugar that is white
2 cans coconut milk
1 tsp vanilla
latik (cook coconut milk slowly until all oil is extracted and latik is created)
How to make ube kalamay
